They are now seeking an ERP Improvement Analyst to support the ongoing development and optimisation of their core business systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative environment where you'll play a key role in improving processes, enhancing system performance, and driving efficiency across operations as they migrate from Dynamics 365 to Business Central.
The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the intersection of business operations and IT, ensuring ERP systems are not only technically sound but genuinely effective in supporting day-to-day processes. This role offers strong ownership across process improvement initiatives, giving you the chance to influence how systems are designed, implemented, and adopted across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP-driven process improvements to simplify and standardise operations
- Analyse current workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Ensure ERP systems are aligned with real operational needs and remove manual workarounds
- Support end-to-end process design, testing, and validation across systems
- Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation to support consistent adoption
- Work closely with operational teams to embed best practices and drive compliance
- Ensure data accuracy across areas such as planning, stock, and production
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Support multiple improvement initiatives aligned to wider digital transformation goals
About You
- 2+ years experience in a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or Process Improvement role
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environments
- Previous experience with Dynamics 365, Business Central or similar
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, system testing, and requirement gathering
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g. Visio) and documentation of workflows
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
