Ensign Building Projects is a high-end domestic building company based in Warrington. We specialize in quality home extensions, loft conversions, full property renovations, and luxury outdoor spaces. Due to a growing workload, were now looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to join our close-knit team on a long-term basis.

The Role:

As a Multi-Skilled Builder, youll be working on a variety of domestic projects in and around Warrington and the North West area Youll be expected to carry out a range of tasks from start to finish on site, taking pride in your workmanship and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• General building work including knock-throughs, brick/block work, and drainage
• Joinery, plaster boarding and concreting
• Assisting with foundations, structural alterations, and roofing
• Reading drawings and working to building regs
• Liaising with clients and maintaining a clean, safe working environment

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in domestic building projects (min 10 years preferred)
• Strong all-round building knowledge and practical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Reliable, honest and tidy with good attention to detail
• Own tools and transport
