Due to rapid growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen within the Commercial department, for a Tender Engineer to join the team.

As part of this role you will define and manage technical solution and submissions for tenders from RFQ to contract handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and produce tender summary for Bid / No-Bid

• Select assets and produce installation methodology based on project characteristics

• Carry out Weather Downtime analysis (Training Available)

• Produce costings and cashflow forecasts

Key Tasks:

  • Thorough review of ITT, definition of Client/tender requirements, preparation of Tender Summary Slides, and dissemination of relevant tender information to all relevant parties supporting the tender
  • Define solution to RFQ from Enshore Asset pool
  • Produce method statements for installation methodology
  • Produce deck layouts on AutoCAD
  • Produce equipment lists for defined methodology
  • Prepare and submit approved technical tender documentation
  • Review Scope of Work documentation and produce gap analysis

Key Measurables:

  • Tender documents completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Clear evidence of full engagement and compliance with the appropriate procedures
  • Evidence that tender documentation has been fully reviewed and gap analyses completed
  • Successful conversion of tenders into live projects to achieve agreed EBITDA target
