We are currently seeking both Electronics Engineers and Senior Electronics Engineers to join our talented Electronics & Software team in Bristol.

Whether you're looking to take the next step in your engineering career or already operating at a senior level, you'll be joining a consultancy environment where no two projects are the same. You will be responsible for the design and development of electronic systems as part of the Electronics & Software team. You will consult with clients to understand their challenges and use your creative and technical skills to identify and bring to life solutions.

This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of innovative medical devices and consumer healthcare products, taking ideas from early-stage concepts through to manufacturing. You'll work as part of multidisciplinary teams alongside software engineers, mechanical engineers, industrial designers, researchers and human factors specialists to solve complex technical challenges and deliver products that improve people's lives.

You will use your knowledge of electronic and physical first principles, analytical skills, practical experimentation, and simulation skills to take electronic systems from concepts through to production. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, proposal writing, planning, specification development and presenting project activities.

Depending on your experience, your primary focus will be within one of the following levels:

About You

You're passionate about electronics, science and technology and enjoy applying electronics and physical first principles engineering to solve complex problems. You'll be equally comfortable working independently and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, and you'll enjoy the pace and variety that consultancy brings.

You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are motivated by the opportunity to create products that make a meaningful impact in healthcare and beyond.

For Senior Electronics Engineers

In addition to the above, you'll bring experience leading technical workstreams, influencing key design decisions and supporting more junior engineers. You'll be comfortable balancing hands-on engineering with technical leadership responsibilities and helping teams deliver high-quality products.
