Join Enselia as our first Grant Manager. Help build something extraordinary from the ground up. We're looking for an exceptional Grant Manager to join Enselia, an ambitious new UK hosting organisation that's transforming how mission-driven projects receive the operational support they need to thrive.
This is a rare opportunity to join our small but mighty team at a pivotal moment. Over the next 12 months, we'll be scaling rapidly, and you'll play a leading role in designing and building our grant management function from the ground up. If you've ever thought, 'I know a better way to do this,' this is your chance to put those ideas into practice.
You'll shape the systems, processes and tools that underpin our grant management approach, creating scalable, high-quality infrastructure that enables our hosted projects to focus on delivering impact. From funder compliance and due diligence to reporting, grant amendments and continuous improvement, you'll have the opportunity to build something that lasts.
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating order from complexity, is excited by building rather than maintaining, and thrives in an environment where ideas are welcomed and ownership is encouraged. You'll bring experience managing grants throughout their lifecycle, alongside a strong understanding of funder compliance, risk management and reporting.
Experience establishing or improving grant management systems, developing practical tools and guidance, supporting colleagues through training, and navigating ambiguity in growing organisations will all help you succeed in this role. Experience working with philanthropic funders, international organisations, hosting or fiscal sponsor models, start-ups, finance or data, or additional languages would be a bonus—but we're most interested in finding someone who is curious, collaborative and excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing organisation.
