About the role
As a Senior Product Designer at ENSEK, you will own end-to-end design across defined product areas within our core B2B platform, shaping user journeys, workflows and experiences from discovery through delivery. Working closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams, you'll connect design decisions to product strategy, customer needs and business outcomes while helping to evolve our design system and maintain a high bar for design quality. You'll also support the growth of our design practice by mentoring others, contributing to team standards and leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery, insight generation and solution development.
Key responsibilities
- Own UX delivery across a defined product area, mapping journeys, structuring flows and designing cohesive end-to-end experiences.
- Connect design decisions to product strategy, customer outcomes and measurable success metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and Data specialists to define, validate and deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system, influencing component architecture, consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Partner with the Lead Designer to translate experience strategy into high-quality, implementation-ready designs.
- Use AI tools to model solution scenarios, synthesise customer feedback and accelerate design discovery and iteration.
- Contribute to both existing platform initiatives and new product development as ENSEK continues to scale.

Experience required
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product design across a complete product area, rather than individual features alone.
- Strong ability to connect design decisions to product goals and clearly communicate trade-offs with Product and Engineering stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of design systems, component architecture, design tokens and scalable platform design.
- Excellent UI craft with a track record of producing polished, consistent and implementation-ready work.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate design workflows, explore concepts and synthesise insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others, mentor designers and contribute to evolving design standards.
