Position Summary
The Product Manager role sits within ENSEK Flex and is responsible for product management within the Grow team. The Grow team’s ambition is to be the platform that enables partners to scale and accelerate their electrified offerings. You’ll focus on building products that make home energy device onboarding, activation, and management as easy and scalable as possible. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary product team, collaborating closely with engineering, data, and design. This role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, setting direction where it doesn’t yet fully exist, and balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with leadership and cross‑functional partners.
- Set clear goals, hypotheses, and success measures, ensuring the team prioritises work that delivers the greatest impact.
- Lead product discovery, identifying customer pain points, validating opportunities, and shaping strategy using customer insight and competitive intelligence.
- Turn data into insight by conducting research, analysing usage and market trends, and synthesising findings to maintain a customer‑centric focus.
- Work closely with engineering, data, and design, advocating for your product and supporting effective delivery.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and trade‑offs clearly to internal and external stakeholders, building long‑term strategic relationships.
- Adopt AI‑enabled tools to improve productivity, analyse usage, explore opportunities, and accelerate PRDs, specifications, and early prototypes.
- Contribute to ENSEK’s wider product community, sharing learning and helping raise the standard of product practice.

- Experience using data, experimentation, and hypothesis‑led approaches to inform decisions.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams (engineering, data, design) and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong design intuition and UX/UI awareness, with experience prototyping or shaping early solutions.
- Interest in AI tooling, with experience using them to accelerate product development.
