About the role
The Product Manager for ENSEK’s Home & Business will own and evolve our capability, delivering seamless customer experiences across complex, regulated energy journeys. You’ll define the strategy and roadmap for moves, simplifying industry complexity through scalable, AI-enabled product solutions. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our global expansion, shaping how we support new markets and drive operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, vision and roadmap for Home and Business Moves across domestic and B2B journeys
- Deliver an end-to-end move experience, from notification through to billing handoff
- Design scalable solutions to support international markets and regulatory frameworks
- Partner across product and engineering to ensure robust integrations with industry systems
- Drive AI-led innovation, including intelligent exception handling and automated occupancy detection
- Define and track product performance metrics such as completion rates, automation and customer satisfaction
Key outcomes:
- Improved move completion and retention rates
- Reduced manual intervention, exceptions and disputes
- Increased automation across move processes
- Moves capability successfully scaled for new international markets
- Clear delivery of roadmap value and measurable business impact
Experience required:
- Proven experience delivering a complex, integration-heavy SaaS product end-to-end
- Strong understanding of APIs, data flows and event-driven architectures
- Experience in a regulated industry (energy, telecoms, insurance, financial services or similar)
- Ability to make data-driven product decisions and communicate clearly
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Strong Agile delivery experience
