Locations and shifts: Southend-on-Sea, Monday to Sunday 09:00-18:00

The role:

  • Provide personalised 1:1 support with a spinal injury. Clinical experience is required but personalised training is provided by the nurse.
  • Support with personal care, daily activities, and accessing the community
  • Work with non-verbal service users, using communication tools and approaches
  • Confident with manual handling tasks including wheelchair use and hoisting
  • Build meaningful relationships while developing professional care skills
