We are recruiting a Pot Washer/Kitchen Assistant to cover holiday. This role will be working 21st, 22nd and 27th May, 8.30am-4pm. Working for a long established manufacturing company in their staff canteen.
You will need to have Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2. Experience in a similar role is essential. You will need to reside local to Southend due to location on an industrial estate.
You will be responsible for cleaning kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and crockery to maintain high hygiene standards. To ensure the Cook has clean equipment, manage waste, and maintain a tidy, safe workspace. It is a vital, fast-paced back-of-house role that supports overall running of the kitchen.
