ENS are seeking a supportive, reliable compassionate Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. For over 28 years, we have been supporting elderly care homes and making a difference in residents' lives by providing support and companionship. This fulfilling and rewarding role will create great moments and memories within your life and the lives of the residents that you care for.
As a Care Assistant your job will be to:
- Help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve
- Have good verbal and written communication skills and be a team player
- Provide full personal care, when required
- Support residents with food and drink
- Carry out light domestic duties
The ideal candidate will be:
- Empathetic, patient and compassionate
- A good verbal and written communicator
- Able to promote and develop daily living skills
- Experienced within care and support roles
Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of care experience required.
