ENS Recruitment are a Health & Social Care Recruitment company and have been established for over 30 years. We are recruiting for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant (permanent recruitment) based at our offices in Westcliff on Sea, Essex. Experience as a 360 recruitment consultant is required ideally within the permanent health and social care sector recruiting for support workers, nurses, registered managers and relative roles.
Your day to day duties will include:
- To maximise gross margin and operating profit through the effective management of all business transactions, while upholding the values and standards of ENS Recruitment Limited.
- Maximise sales and gross margin through structured sales activity and effective client relationship development.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve agreed performance targets. Promote candidates through marketing calls and speculative emails to clients.
- Support national and local initiatives by recording all relevant leads and ensuring they are followed up to action in line with the company's business development plan.
Candidate Recruitment & Retention:
- Manage the attraction, recruitment, and retention of suitable candidates to meet the needs of existing and prospective clients.
- Obtain full job and person specifications from clients, maximising every opportunity for successful placements.
- Visit clients to gather detailed job specifications, ensure Terms of Business are signed, and confirm that rates align with company expectations.
- Proactively match suitable candidates to vacancies.
- Arrange interviews, providing full briefing and debriefing for both candidates and clients.
- Arrange and attend regular client service visits to maintain strong working relationships and address any service needs.
- Support the development of tenders and proposals in response to client and bid team requests.
Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (office based). Basic salary £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus commission. If you feel you have the experience and attributes for this position then apply today.
