Job Description

As a Support Worker for ENS, you will never feel on your own.

The role involves assisting clients with Learning Disabilities in various residential settings in East London with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:- Provide personalised care and support to individuals with disabilities- Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding- Support clients in engaging in social activities and outings- Implement behaviour management strategies as needed- Administer medication following prescribed guidelines- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behaviour- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Our clients all have different needs and interests, so every day is different.
