Are you a qualified nurse seeking a new role working for an organization who really look after their employees? They are recruiting for an experienced qualified RGN to work permanent nights for their beautiful nursing home based in Chelmsford, Essex. Please note Sponsorship is not being offered for this role. You will need to have active NMC Pin and be experienced in nursing care for the elderly.
Working hours are 7.45pm-8am, working 3 or 4 nights per week. Hourly rate is £24.25 per hour. The organization is also offering a £2500 welcome bonus (terms apply).
You will act as Named Nurse for identified residents ensuring all risk assessments, Care Needs Assessments and Personal Care Plans are in place and evaluated monthly, promoting resident involvement and choice in this process. In addition, the post-holder will attend case reviews and, during periods of planned leave, will ensure all documentation is up to date and that a nominated person will assume this role in their absence.
Provide leadership and guidance for the day-to-day running of a defined area, ensuring resident care is delivered in line with their Care Needs Assessment. This includes being available to offer professional advice and support to Senior Care Assistants.
