Are you an experienced, dynamic and driven Bids and Marketing Manager? Our client is a dynamic multi-disciplinary building services consultancy based in the City of London. You will need to have relevant experience within the building services or construction sector. Salary £60-65k + a great range of benefits. This is a full time office based role.

Role Description

As a Bids and Marketing Manager this exciting role involves leading end-to-end bid management processes, preparing tenders, proposals, PQQs and presentations, and collaborating with technical teams to develop winning strategies. The individual will lead all marketing activities, including content creation, award submissions, social media management, video and email newsletters to enhance the company’s brand presence. The role will also involve championing social value across the business, leading initiatives, events and staff engagement activities that support the Group’s wider community and social impact objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bid management and tender preparation
  • Strong marketing skills, including content creation, branding, and social media management
  • Strong InDesign skills are essential
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for creating persuasive materials
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Experience in the building services or construction industry is highly desirable
