ENS Recruitment client in Basildon, Essex, is seeking an experienced Surface Mount Operator to set up and operate SMT machines including pick-and-place, screen printers, reflow ovens and AOI equipment.

You will ensure quality and efficiency, perform routine maintenance and support new operators in a busy electronics manufacturing environment.

Hours are 37 per week with an early finish on Fridays. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
