Cleaner / Deep Clean Support – Loughborough & Birstall

Job Overview
Enrych is looking for reliable and compassionate cleaners to join our team in the Loughborough and Birstall areas.

This role is more than just cleaning – you\’ll be making a real difference to people\’s lives by helping adults with disabilities and long-term health conditions maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in clients homes – Regular domestic cleaning, Deep cleaning when required (including supporting clients with hoarding challenges) & Occasional specialist cleaning tasks
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a clean environment.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling appropriately.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.

Experience

• Experience in domestic cleaning (deep clean experience desirable but not essential)
• A valid UK driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations.
• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Reliable, trustworthy and respectful of clients\’ homes
• Willingness to work independently (lone working, with support from the Enrych team)
