Now Recruiting Across Leicestershire
We\’re currently seeking Support Workers to support our clients with various daily living tasks, such as food shopping, getting out of the house, assisting with hobbies and achieving personal goals. Prior experience is not required; Enrych offers comprehensive training. We do not offer personal care support to our clients such as washing, feeding or administrating tablets. We\’re in search of individuals who possess strong communication skills, reliability, trustworthiness, and a genuine sense of compassion. Understanding the unique needs of individuals with disabilities is essential. If you\’re seeking a fulfilling position with flexibility and the opportunity to significantly impact someone\’s life, this role is ideal for you!

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals in the local community.
  • Help with shopping and appointments.
  • Assist with correspondence and household tasks including cleaning tasks with clients.
  • Aid with meal planning and meal prep when required.
  • Support individuals with achieving personal goals, hobbies and interests within the local community.

Requirements

  • MUST hold a full UK driving licence due to the nature of this job role.
  • MUST be 18+ years of age.
  • Please note this is not a full-time role. Hours are given based on your availability and client demand.
