We’re looking for a strategic and confident operator to lead onboarding and long-term success for early partners of Enroly Apply – our newest and most ambitious product. You’ll work at the intersection of customer success, product delivery, and digital transformation, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our university partners get the most from their investment from day one.
You’ll coordinate internal delivery across multiple Apply client projects, keeping internal teams aligned and accountable on priorities, timelines and dependencies. A key part of your role will be helping external university project managers understand Enroly’s delivery approach and timelines so they can build and manage their own institution-wide project plans with confidence.
You’ll work closely with our CSMs, product and engineering teams to align internal delivery and with external project managers, senior leaders, change managers and subject matter experts to support delivery on their side. With several clients typically at different stages, each with their own priorities and timelines, you’ll play a central role in keeping both internal and external stakeholders informed, aligned and confident as we scale this new product.
