We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Coordinator to support the growing number of prospective universities entering the Enroly sales process. You’ll be the linchpin between prospective clients, the internal team, and critical milestones during the acquisition process. The primary focus of this role is coordination and administration, with the added opportunity to engage directly with prospective clients to understand their challenges and help shape the Enroly sales process and onboarding journey.

The role is part of the Growth and Partnerships function – focused on expanding our reach across the UK higher education sector.

As we approach onboarding nearly half of all UK universities, and with new partnerships forming every 2.5 weeks, this is a high-responsibility role at a pivotal stage in our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the administrative backbone of the sales and onboarding process for prospective university clients
  • Coordinate business cases, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), security questionnaires, and other procurement documentation with support from legal, product, and engineering
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate deal progression and documentation
  • Track and follow up on outstanding internal and external actions across multiple stakeholders

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the liaison between sales and internal teams (engineering, integrations, legal, and product), ensuring timely and accurate responses to prospective client requests
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales/Partnerships to prepare documentation and materials required at each stage of the sales cycle
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of reference calls and meetings with current Enroly clients
  • Assist with lead qualification, early research, and briefing note preparation
  • Support top-of-funnel campaigns in collaboration with business development and marketing
  • Ensure that prospective client needs are met with clarity, speed, and professionalism at each step
  • In time, gradually begin participating in outreach or discovery activities to build confidence and familiarity with direct prospect engagement.

About You

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment. You have experience within UK higher education and understand how universities evaluate new technologies. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and love bringing structure to complexity.

Must-Haves:

  • Professional experience working within the UK higher education sector—particularly in international student recruitment, compliance, or admissions—and a solid understanding of how universities operate, make decisions, and evaluate new technologies.
  • Strong project coordination or admin experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence managing documentation, deadlines, and multi-team inputs
  • Familiarity with CRMs, spreadsheets, and productivity tools

Nice-to-Haves:

  • A UK university degree
  • Familiarity with procurement and information governance processes in higher education
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS or edtech environments

At Enroly, we prioritise internal growth and actively promote from within. Many of our team members have progressed into more senior roles by demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and impact. This includes information and document requests, analysis of data/documents, screening for non-genuine students, and flagging at-risk students for intervention. The result is that university staff have more time for the qualitative aspect of student recruitment: providing human-to-human support to students.
