I’m looking for a Junior Sous Chef for a prestigious catering company, to work in a multi-outlet retail and hospitality site. You’ll be working in different sections and different kitchens as needed acting as a chef tournant and will collaborate with the Head Chef in running kitchen operations, managing staff, keeping food safety and health and safety compliance on track, playing a key role in hospitality events.
Ideally you will be familiar with most of the following:
- Hospitality events
- Fine dining
- Pizza
- Pastry
Experience: Required
Languages: English – Advanced
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00
Salary: £17 hourly
Benefits: Holiday pay
