Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection processes, attracting high quality individuals aligned with ETC business objectives.
  • Support the HR Manager in delivering a professional HR service.
  • Ensure ETC Ltd fulfils its legal and social requirements in line with HR Processes.
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring they are managed appropriately and meet employment legislative requirements.
  • Provide consistent and effective deployment of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect up to date employment law and best practice.
  • Develop strong working relationships with managers and key stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the HR team providing support and cover when required.
  • Assist with internal and external audits to support continuous improvement.
  • Support the arrangements for the Graduate Development Programme and International Assignments.
  • Ensure Security Compliance processes are maintained.
  • Support the coordination and completion of the annual Performance Review.
