The pupil benefits from clear routines, visual support and an adult who can break learning into manageable steps while encouraging communication and independence. The Role

This is a friendly 3-form-entry primary school with an established SEN team and experienced Teaching Assistants across the year groups. Staff work collaboratively and Teaching Assistants are well supported by class teachers and the SENCO. The larger year-group structure means you'll have other teachers and support staff around you, rather than working in isolation. The school has good transport links and is easily accessible from Finchley, Hendon, Mill Hill, Edgware and surrounding North London areas.
