Key Accountabilities
Conduct regular QA reviews of underwriting files
Monitor compliance with credit policy and procedures, including reviewing the quality and completeness of credit assessments and supporting documentation vs. target standard
Monitor compliance with AML assessment policy & procedures, including reviewing the quality and completeness of KYC and KYB customer due diligence processes and supporting documentation vs. target standard
Support continuous improvements to underwriting procedures and quality assurance framework
Provide formal feedback and coaching to Lending Ops teams, as well as informal support and query management in BAU.
Regular reporting of QA outputs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Support Internal and External audit activities and regulatory reviews.

Knowledge & Qualifications
Quality assurance experience
Previous relevant experience within a Financial Services organisation
Strong ability to work with numbers and present MI clearly
Excellent practical capability in Excel, and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Quicksight etc.)
Excellent written communication & presentation skills
Excellent practical capability in Word & Powerpoint
