Key Accountabilities
- Support the Servicing Department with all aspects of managing the loan portfolio across product lines.
- Handle daily customer contact via phone, email and post ensuring SLA targets are met.
- Process new account uploads, direct debits, BACS files and manage unpaid payments.
- Manage cash allocation, redemptions, settlements and other banking activities.
- Liaise with solicitors on redemption funds, deeds and title registrations.
- Support month-end processes including credit accounts, refunds and reconciliations.
- Assist with system testing and operational improvements alongside the Servicing Manager.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, scanning and compliance with all internal procedures.

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable managing deadlines.
Knowledge & Personal Attributes
- Previous experience in customer service or arrears management (financial services desirable).
- Degree-level education preferred but not essential.
