Enra Specialist Finance is seeking an Underwriting Team Leader - Commercial to oversee a team of underwriters, ensuring service levels and accuracy in line with the division's Credit Risk Appetite. You will own UAT and Fusion product setup, and manage large commercial loan applications (over £750K) while nurturing broker relationships.
The role requires strong leadership, FCA knowledge, and experience in the second charge market; CeMAP is desirable and GCSEs in Maths/English are required.
