The overall responsibility of the role is to take ownership of allocated cases from inception through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Managing the entire lending process from application through to drawdown whilst adhering to underwriting and due diligence processes.
- Manage a pipeline of Bridging cases and prioritise accordingly.
- Ensuring all applications comply with the West Oneβs lending criteria.
- Effectively manage the lending process by liaising with internal departments and external parties.
- Instructing Solicitors once offer is made and providing all relevant documentation.
- Act with integrity and embrace philosophy of TCF guidelines and adhere to responsible lending principles.
- Demonstrating deep underwriting knowledge and expertise.
- Be willing to assist the wider team when required.

Knowledge & Qualifications
