Key Accountabilities
- Support the Bridging Sales team by preparing and issuing terms, application packs and documentation accurately within agreed SLAs.
- Review new applications, check required information and progress cases to underwriting.
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems, ensuring case notes and intermediary details are kept up to date.
- Communicate with brokers and introducers via phone and email to resolve queries and keep cases progressing.
- Maintain intermediary records, including onboarding new firms/brokers and updating documentation where required.
- Assist with bridging enquiries, support inbound calls and highlight opportunities to the BDM team where appropriate.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist regional teams during busy periods.

- Previous experience in an administrative role
