What we’re looking for
Roseberry Academy is expanding its Early Years provision from September 2025 to accommodate increasing demand for our outstanding Early Years setting.
We seek a qualified and experienced teaching assistant to join our friendly team, working with two-year-olds or three/four-year-olds, supporting learning through play and exploration. Responsibilities include supporting the room leader, ensuring an engaging environment, supporting children’s welfare, and communicating with parents and families.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, positive, proactive, and able to engage actively in various activities.
