What we’re looking for
Roseberry Academy is expanding its Early Years provision from September 2025 to accommodate the increasing number of children joining our ‘outstanding’ Early Years setting.
We seek a qualified and experienced teaching assistant to join our friendly team, working with two-year-olds or three/four-year-olds daily. Your role will involve supporting children through play and exploration, assisting the room leader in maintaining an engaging environment, supporting children’s welfare, and communicating with parents and families.
The ideal candidate must be reliable, adaptable, positive, and proactive in a variety of activities, demonstrating good initiative.
