About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff and visitors. The role involves carrying out a range of cleaning duties across the school, including classrooms, corridors, toilets and shared areas. You will ensure that all areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, supporting the health and wellbeing of our whole school community. Working as part of a small, established team, you will follow a cleaning schedule and use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively. The role may include locking/unlocking the premises and ensuring the school is secure at the end of each shift. You will play an important part in creating a positive environment where children can learn and thrive.

Working arrangements

The role is 10 hours per week which consists of working 3:30 – 5:30pm each day.
