We are looking for someone to join our team who can support our social emotional health provision throughout school. We recognise the positive impact our outdoor environment, school farm and forest school have on children’s emotional wellbeing and remain committed to ensuring all children have the opportunity to engage in quality first provision.
Can you demonstrate that you:
- Are an excellent role model, who can inspire our children to achieve their full potential
- Have a willingness to contribute to, collaborate and be an active member of our pastoral team.
- Have an understanding of SEMH in children and an awareness of strategies to overcome barriers in this area
- Can support structured outdoor play activities for targeted children at lunchtimes
- Can aid in planning and delivering interventions for targeted children
- Have experience of taking learning outdoors
- Are a practitioner who keeps children’s well-being at the heart of all they do
- Have good knowledge of National Curriculum expectations.
- Have great communication skills.
