Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality food with heart and professionalism? The Enquire Learning Trust is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Mobile Cook to join our catering team, providing cover across several school kitchens. This is a vital role ensuring pupils, staff, and visitors receive freshly prepared meals in a welcoming environment.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing, cooking, and serving meals from a set menu
  • Supervising staff and managing kitchen operations during cover
  • Ordering supplies, checking deliveries, and monitoring stock
  • Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene in all areas
  • Upholding policies for health & safety, allergens, and food safety
  • Supporting colleagues and fostering positive team spirit

What We\’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 1 or 2 in food preparation/cooking
  • Recent catering experience and knowledge of school meal standards
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and commitment to safeguarding
  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
