This is a permanent role, with the graduate training programme lasting two years.
The Graduate C&I Engineer is a critical role within EnQuest delivering on safety and production aspects to our Upstream directorate asset. EnQuest is looking for a proactive, highly skilled individual who can work as part of a multi-disciplined team. The role is embedded within the Magnus asset team and focused on supporting the delivery of safe and reliable operations. The role will manage C&I equipment and systems within the upstream business, interfacing and liaising with onshore and offshore teams, working in a collaborative manner to deliver a focused business.
During the two-year graduate programme, we will provide on-the-job technical training with opportunities to develop wider technical and project delivery skills, across the business, by working alongside experienced technical professionals. Throughout the two-year programme, group learning and personal coaching will be provided to you with the aim to develop competence, confidence, and personal effectiveness. The programme provides a structured series of modules aligned to the EnQuest Values and will include a variety of interactive learning events, a range of behavioural training modules, and 1:1 coaching. A strong mentoring culture, with each graduate assigned a mentor to ensure you are supported in your personal and professional development. Based in our Aberdeen office with the opportunity to work and visit our operational sites. Graduate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree – 2.1 or higher or Masters in a related Instrumentation and Control engineering qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and being able to demonstrate innovation, creativity, and logic.
- The role has a varied workload and therefore candidates should be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their working methods.
