The individual will be required to manage the evaluation and integration of complex customer requirements often demanding innovative solutions. Focus will be on SVT, HSE&A and creating value and delivering service excellence through applying efficient supply chain principles in helping the business achieve top quartile performance. This position involves managing interfaces with suppliers/partners to ensure that all EnQuest objectives are achieved, including the relevant audit requirements, but more particularly, providing a value-driven service to in-house customers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develops and implements sourcing plans to secure supply in accordance with Category sourcing strategies.
- Develops action plans, timelines and resource assignments for sourcing projects.
- Continuous involvement in the sourcing, developing and maintaining a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.
- Leads the ITT, RFI/Q/P and bidding processes, minimizing risk and maximizing value in terms of quality, delivery and total cost of ownership.
- Ensure supplier pre-qualifications and on-site audits are performed as per process.
- Responsible for supplier performance management including regular performance reviews together with business.
- Undertake supplier negotiations to deliver value.
- Undertakes sourcing projects to assure on-time completion and guaranteed supply for all portfolios.
- Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders in order to meet defined objectives.
- Identifies opportunities and implements actions to continually reduce waste.
- Complies with all EnQuest and local procedures applicable to the job function.
- Employees may be assigned other duties in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the Company.

- Experienced in administering tenders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential: Academic qualification preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Management.
