Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Global Finance Transformation – Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of finance transformation initiatives, ensuring they meet organisational goals. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and driving business transformation through effective program management practices. The role also involves delivering innovative solutions to optimise digital and financial processes while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven Program Management and Project Management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and act upon data
• Experience in Business Transformation and Digital Transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in SAP financial systems and enterprise software
• Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Certifications in Project or Program Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable
