Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives via telephone, email, text, chat or other social media platforms to handle pre‑sales or post‑sales service functions.
- Receive customer requests and prepare documents or trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges.
- Update databases with status of returned materials and inventory, and record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements, pricing, and resolve return credit problems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2‑4 years of related experience.
- Demonstrates substantial understanding of tasks with moderate difficulty, applying knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks and make recommendations.
