What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the key customer contact on technical and service–related problems to achieve required product/service performance standards and total customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical/service issues.
  • Instruct clients on proper usage and operation of equipment.
  • Operate with little judgment and decision‑making under close supervision; typically requires less than 1 year of experience.
