Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage tools to streamline project tracking, documentation and reporting (Asana, MS Planner etc).
- Continue to develop and implement PMO framework tailored to sustainability consultancy projects.
- Serve as a key liaison between the delivery team, senior leadership, analysts, and external partners to ensure project alignments.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include structuring project plans, tracking milestones, managing timelines, and coordinating resources to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.
- Prepare status reports and dashboards, and support risk and issue management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning and innovation.
- Support the management of project capacity planning across interdisciplinary teams.
- Support and oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of sustainability and ESG projects across Enovation Consulting’s sports-focused portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong project and program management skills, including experience in Project Management and Program Management for multi-stakeholder or multi-phase initiatives.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Proficiency in budgeting and basic financial tracking for projects, including monitoring spend against plan and supporting resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and concise reporting.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar) and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sustainability, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in sustainability, ESG, or sport sectors; knowledge of motorsport or other professional sports environments is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team and engage with stakeholders at different levels and backgrounds.
