We are looking for an experienced, warm and confident Restaurant Supervisor to join our Guildhall branch as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong restaurant floor experience who enjoys working in a small, casual and busy setting, typical of an Italian Enoteca in the heart of the City of London.
At Enoteca da Luca Guildhall, we offer a relaxed but professional Italian dining experience, with fresh pasta and focaccia made daily and a very extensive wine selection. Wine, hospitality and genuine Italian warmth are at the centre of what we do.
The ideal candidate will be personable, organised and hands-on, with the ability to support the management team, supervise service, motivate team members and ensure guests receive a friendly, efficient and memorable experience. You should be confident running sections, supporting the floor during busy lunch and dinner services, handling guest requests, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and helping maintain high standards in a casual but quality-focused environment.
This is a Monday to Friday role with weekends off, ideal for someone looking for a permanent and stable full-time position.
