We are looking for a charming, experienced and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our busy Italian restaurant team in London, St Paul's. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in the London restaurant trade, ideally within busy Italian dining environments, who enjoys leading from the floor, supporting the Restaurant Manager, and creating a warm, professional and memorable guest experience.
At Enoteca da Luca, we are a casual but ambitious restaurant group with a genuine passion for Italian hospitality. Our kitchens prepare fresh pasta and focaccia daily, and our restaurants offer a very extensive wine selection.
The right candidate will be confident, personable and naturally engaging, with the ability to motivate a team, support service standards and build strong relationships with both guests and colleagues. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, leading by example during busy services, and helping to maintain a positive, organised and welcoming atmosphere.
You will assist with day-to-day operations, staff supervision, service coordination, guest care, training, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and professionally at all times.
We are looking for someone who brings energy, maturity and a genuine love for hospitality. A good understanding of Italian food and wine would be a strong advantage, but personality, attitude and leadership are just as important. This role would suit an Assistant Manager, strong Supervisor or experienced Head Waiter ready to take the next step within a busy and quality-focused Italian restaurant.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy London restaurant environment is essential.
- Experience in Italian restaurants is highly desirable.
- You must be confident on the floor, well-presented, organised, reliable and passionate about great service.
