We are looking for an experienced, confident and charming Head Waiter / Head Waitress to join our busy Italian restaurant team in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong experience running a busy section in a fast-paced London restaurant, who enjoys delivering excellent service, building guest relationships and leading by example on the floor.

At Enoteca da Luca, we offer a casual yet professional Italian dining experience, with fresh pasta and focaccia made daily and a very extensive wine selection. Wine is a key part of our identity, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable recommending wines, engaging with guests and confidently upselling food and drinks in a natural and professional way.

The ideal candidate will be well-presented, organised and energetic, with a warm personality and a genuine passion for hospitality. You should be able to manage your own section smoothly, support junior team members, anticipate guest needs and maintain high standards throughout service.

This is a Monday to Friday, permanent, full-time role, ideal for someone looking for a stable position with the weekends off.
