Reporting to: Head of CX
Key responsibilities:
- Taking the lead on the implementation and configuration of our new Content Management System CoreMedia.
- Creating a project plan and roadmap for the migration of content from our old CMS to CM.
- Defining the new structure of content and a new process for content publishing, in collaboration with business stakeholders, content editors, UI designers, the frontend development team, and the CM development team.
- Overseeing 2 Web Delivery Executives in widgets creations, templates, page structure, and folders.
- Maintaining good HTML/CSS standards for CMS areas.
- The ability to UAT test and to identify problems/issues with the new system.
- The ability to quality check against the designs and report back on issues.
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience using Content Management Systems such as Magento, CoreMedia.
- Experience with delivering web projects and coordinating with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Good attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Experience in JIRA or Trello desirable but not essential.
- Good initiative to work on their own.
- Experience of content/data migration.
