About the role
Enorth Resourcing is partnering with a leading Zero Trust and network security consultancy to find an experienced Zscaler Solutions Architect for a 30-day UK engagement.
This is a design-led consulting role, not a build-and-run position. You'll work directly with the end customer to understand their operational and security requirements and translate them into a Zscaler solution and policy framework that balances risk, usability, and business outcomes.
Only part of the engagement is hands-on technical work. The rest centres on stakeholder engagement: running workshops, explaining security risk in business terms, and guiding decision-makers to the right balance between operational needs and security controls.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design of Zscaler solutions (ZIA and/or ZPA) aligned to customer requirements
- Translate business, operational, and security requirements into appropriate Zscaler policy
- Assess security risk and clearly communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Run requirements and design workshops with customer teams, from engineers through to senior leadership
- Produce clear design documentation and policy recommendations
- Support elements of the technical deployment where required
What we're looking for
- Proven experience designing Zscaler deployments end to end, not just administering them
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, SSE/SASE principles, and security risk
- Track record in client-facing consulting or architecture roles
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and handle competing priorities
- Experience presenting designs and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Based in the UK and available to start immediately
Desirable
- Zscaler certifications (e.g. ZDTA, ZDTE, or legacy ZCCP/ZCCE)
- Background in Zscaler Professional Services or with a Zscaler partner
- Exposure to other SSE platforms such as Netskope or Prisma Access
