Are you a PPC Executive or Paid Search Specialist looking for more ownership and the opportunity to make your mark? An established international organisation is investing heavily in digital transformation and bringing its PPC capability in-house. We're looking for a hands-on PPC Specialist to take ownership of paid search, manage a six-figure annual budget and help shape how PPC is run going forward. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with digital, web, content and sales teams, managing campaigns across UK and international markets.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Manage and maximise a six-figure PPC budget
- Drive qualified leads and conversions while improving CPA and ROAS
- Develop Search, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns
- Analyse keywords, search terms, audiences and competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Test ad copy, landing pages and campaign strategies to improve conversion
- Use GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track and understand performance
- Turn data into clear recommendations for the wider marketing team
What we're looking for:
- You'll be a hands-on PPC professional who's comfortable managing campaigns independently and using data to make commercial decisions.
- Strong practical experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Microsoft Advertising
- Good knowledge of GA4, GTM and conversion tracking
- Strong campaign optimisation and analytical skills
- Confidence working with CPA, ROAS, CPC and conversion-rate targets
- Excel/Google Sheets skills and an analytical mindset
- The ability to explain performance and recommendations clearly
Experience within education, training, professional services or another high-consideration B2B environment would be useful, but isn't essential.
