Are you an experienced HALO ITSM Configuration Specialist with strong hands-on experience designing and building workflows within HALO? We're looking for a HALO ITSM specialist to join a major service transformation programme, designing, configuring and delivering new services across multiple business departments. This is a hands-on role. You'll take requirements directly from stakeholders, translate them into HALO service designs, and then configure and build the workflows yourself – owning delivery from discovery through to UAT and go-live.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and configuring HALO ITSM workflows, ticket types, SLAs, custom fields, portal forms, approval processes and conditional routing, alongside requirements gathering, process mapping, testing and UAT.
- Working with REST APIs and integrations including SharePoint, Azure DevOps and webhooks.
