Litigator opportunity for a Litigator to join a highly skilled Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation team who have been recognised in the Legal 500 UK 2026 rankings as being one of the highest regarded Commercial Litigation teams in the West Midlands. We are looking for a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 2-3 years of experience to join an existing team at our Walsall office.
This is a full time role with our core office hours being Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with one hour for lunch. This is also a permanent position, and we can offer the following benefits:

You will need to have the following skills:
- Able to quote and scope work.
- Independently run own files and assist on others when required.
- Manage client and court deadlines.
- Draft legal proceedings and Court documents.
- Draft instructions to counsel.
You will also need to have experience in all or some of the following areas:
- Breach of contract claims
- Tort claims
- Boundary disputes
- Commercial property litigation
- Residential property litigation
