We are looking to recruit a Senior or Senior Associate Solicitor with at least 10 years of experience to join our Dispute team as a Commercial Litigator. The role would suit someone who wants to join a firm which is forward thinking, collaborative and ambitious. Being ranked in the prestigious Legal 500 rankings our Dispute Team continue to prove they have the expertise and knowledge in their area of law.

The Role

You would be joining our Litigation department with the Head of Team Stephen Nixon, recognised in the Legal 500, showcasing the level of knowledge, skill and expertise the team have in all areas of Litigation.

About You

Ideally you will have experience of dealing with a broad spectrum of litigation matters, but particularly the following areas of specialism:

  • Complex shareholder/director/partnership disputes
  • Injunctive relief work
  • Professional Negligence
  • Contractual claims

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you can demonstrate a track record in supervising and mentoring junior fee earning staff.

The position is full time and you will be based at our head office in Walsall. We have agile working policies in place as well as numerous benefits including a generous employer pension contribution.
