Joining the branch office in Cannock, you will be part of a firm that is continually expanding and growing. Having acquired the branch office in September 2021, the firm is looking to increase its number of fee earners in this team due to its success in gaining repeat work and winning new clients. The Wills, Tax and Probate team is spread across all three of our branch offices and is headed by Richard Neea. The immediate team in Cannock consists of a well-regarded Partner, Solicitor, and Paralegal, with administrative support available onsite at each branch office. The position would suit someone who is either not qualified but has a good level of experience within a similar role, or a Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 5 years of experience in this area of law. You will need to work independently on completing Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estates with minimal supervision, and have a strong passion for this area of law. We are looking for someone keen to develop their knowledge and eventually handle more complex matters such as taxable estates, trusts, and asset protection. You will be responsible for completing Wills, LPAs, and small to medium non-taxable estates either independently or with supervision. A strong passion for this area of law and a desire to expand your knowledge is essential. You will join a team of experienced professionals who are supportive, collaborative, and well-regarded in this field, with a successful track record in developing and progressing talented members.
