We have an opportunity available for someone with at least one years experience of working within a law firm to join our central administration team.
This is a full time role with working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with one hour for lunch.
This is a fully office based role where you will primarily be based in our Walsall office with some need to work from our our branch offices from time to time.
The role will involve the following tasks as well as any other general administrative tasks assigned as required -
- Preparation of legal documents, correspondence and reports.
- Liaison with clients, other legal professionals and third party contacts.
- Management of filling systems and databases.
- Organisation of meetings and appointments for the legal staff.
- Conduct onboarding of new clients including ID checks and Anti Money Laundering checks.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing post.
- Reception cover duties when required.
You will join a team of 6 other administrators based across the branch offices with three of them based in the Walsall office.
- You will need to posses the following skills and attributes -
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Able to manage time well and meet deadlines.
